Notice of Cremation of Paupers and/or Unclaimed Human Remains: Belinda Simonton

Notice to any family and/or relatives or representatives of the estate of Belinda Simonton, 

You are hereby notified, in accordance with O.C.G.A. 36-12-5 of the Official Code of Georgia, and in accordance with Sec. 1-1(c) of the Code of Clayton County, Georgia, that Belinda Simonton who was pronounced deceased on April 7, 2022 at 10:45 am will be cremated if the Clayton County Medical Examiner’s Office is not notified and the remains are claimed within 14 days of the date of the first publication of this notice.
